On the Covers

Mary Edna is pleased to contribute her artwork to appear on the jackets of two recent publications. The first is Memory Lands: King Philip’s War and the Place of Violence in the Northeast, by Christine DeLucia (Yale University Press,) featuring “Narragansett Bay” (batik on silk, 66″ x 46″.) The other is On the Mediterranean and the Nile: The Jews of Egypt, by Aimée Israel-Pelletier (Indiana University Press,) featuring “Nile Delta Desert Islands” (batik on silk, 52″ x 36″.)
